What happened in Think Rich Pinoy Seminar?

I attended Think Rich Pinoy Seminar last May 24, 2008 in Philamlife. Bro. Bo Sanchez gave a talk about some religious beliefs that hinder people from being rich. Most common scripture quoted by religious people is " Money is the root of all evil". They omit other words, it is the LOVE of the money which is the root of all evil. Money can help or destroy a person. It depends on how it is used. It is hard to give something a person doesn't have. How can I help someone financially if I don't have something in my pocket? Mr. Larry Gamboa's talk focused on real estate investment. He introduced franchisees of Think Rich Pinoy Millionaires. He asked them to give testimonials to inspire attendees. Part of the seminar is playing Cashflow 101. A board game invented by Robert Kiyosaki author of bestselling book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Through this game, the players will be able to know if they are financially literate. How they play the game will reflect their financial knowledge. Goal of the game is to get out of the rat race and be in the fast track. Being in the rat race in living from paycheck to paycheck while being in the fast track is having a cashflow bigger that expenses. I was able to meet the goal of the game, hopefully it will happen in my life. LEAVING THE RAT RACE AND BE IN THE FAST TRACK.

Last week I read a book of Trace Trajano "Think Rick Quick". It is about real estate investment as a vehicle to financial freedom. It shows how to earn money easy and quick. Of course, a person has to work hard and be dedicated in order to be rich and successful - we know that for sure.
